Ella Kalapatapu

Ella is involved with the Ganesh Lab at Michigan Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. She also volunteers at Michigan Medicine at the Frankel Cardiovascular Center and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, a social sorority on campus, where she is currently the VP of membership development. In her free time, Ella loves to run, try new restaurants (HopCat is her current fav!), and read! If you haven’t read Daisy Jones and the Six yet, it is a must read.

Avery McNamara

On campus, Avery is a member of a club sport called Michigan All-Girls Competitive Cheerleading, a member of Students for Clean Energy, and a biology lab assistant. Her hobbies include binging TV, singing music too loudly, and traveling.

Political Science, minors in Urban Studies and Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences

On campus, Sofia is involved with The Roosevelt Institute, Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Women in Law, Semester in Detroit, and is currently interning at Scout Institute, a public policy think tank based out of Detroit. In addition, she loves to explore new cities and travel and her favorite place she’s been to is the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador.
