At our most recent Shipman Society meeting this past Tuesday we hosted passion presentations, where Shipmates can share literally anything they are passionate about. Some past topics have been the music of Carly Rae Jepson, the science of black holes, the different types of musical recorders, etc.

This year we had some great presentations! Samiur taught us about how computers work, Grant presented about quantum gravity, Stuart demonstrated how to recreate Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy, and Daniel, Gabi, Erin, and special guest Jackie, performed their own rendition of The Lion Sleeps Tonight! We can’t wait to see what topics Shipmates will share next year!
